Membership starts in Stripe Checkout. Your free trial converts to a paid monthly membership automatically when it ends — cancel anytime from Billing. Your account updates after Stripe confirms the subscription.
Billing questions or need help? Email support@auraengine.com. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before filing a dispute with your bank — we can review the charge, cancel future billing, and check refund eligibility. Refund and cancellation terms are in our Terms of Service.
