Billing questions or need help? Email support@auraengine.com. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before filing a dispute with your bank — we can review the charge, cancel future billing, and check refund eligibility. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Refund and cancellation terms are in our Terms of Service.
